Using an iPhone

Below are brief instructions. Detailed instructions with screenshots are available here.

  • Copy this URL
  • Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  • Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  • Tap on Add Account… under the Mail section.
  • Tap on Other
  • Tap on Add Subscribed Calendar under the Other section.
  • Paste the URL.  You do not need a username or password.
  • Tap the Next button.
  • Tap the Save button.

That’s it, the subscribed Calendar will now show up in the Calendar app.

Using Google Calendar on a desktop / laptop

If you are already using Google calendar with a browser (like Chrome) on your desktop computer, please follow those steps:

  • Right click and copy this URL
  • Open your browser and go to your calendar
  • Click the Settings menu icon (looks like a gearwheel, usually at the top right side of the screen)
  • From the drop down menu, select “Settings”
  • Click “Add Calendar” on the menu (left side of the screen)
  • Click “from URL”
  • Paste the link (CTRL-V) into the textbox
  • Click the “Add Calendar” button

The event calendar should now show up in your list of calendars, and you should be able to see the scheduled events.

Using Microsoft Outlook on a desktop / laptop

Below are brief instructions. Detailed instructions with screenshots are available here.

  • Right click and copy this URL
  • In Outlook, click File > Account Settings > Account Settings
  • On the Internet Calendars tab, click New
  • Paste the URL by pressing CTRL+V, and click Add
  • In the Folder Name box, type the name of the calendar as you want it to appear in Outlook, and then click OK

When you start Outlook, it checks Google Calendar for updates and downloads any changes. If you keep Outlook open, it also periodically checks for and downloads updates. (Google Calendar tells Outlook how often to check for updates.)

Using Apple iCloud on a Mac

  • Copy this URL
  • Tap the “Settings” icon, then scroll down and select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars.”
  • Tap “Add Account” and select “Other.”
  • Select the “Add Subscribed Calendar” option, fill in the Google Calendar URL in the Server box and click “Next.” Change any settings you see fit before saving the calendar. You do not need a username or password.
  • Toggle your view of the subscribed calendar by opening the Calendar app and tapping “Calendars” in the upper left corner. Tap a calendar name to either display or remove calendar events.

Using an Android Phone

If you are using an Android phone, we assume you have a Google account.

Please add the calendar to your Google account on a desktop, and it will automatically reflect on your phone.
